We work with youth on Oʻahu to help them discover who they are and how to filter their decisions through their identity in order to build businesses. I show them how to use their true identity to gain authority in the world.

So the first step isn’t a business plan or a pitch, it’s identity. You have to start with who you are before you can gain trust and rapport with the world, and trust and rapport are what let the world receive what you have to offer. Stef Mariani is the founder of Stay Gold® Hawai'i, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that integrates art, identity, and practical systems for living with clarity and direction.
An awarded negotiator who has closed over $250 million in real estate transactions, Stef has also earned a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award for her music. She brings both precision and creative depth to her work.
