Born out of real-world action, Stay Gold® Hawai'i demonstrated its impact during the COVID-19 pandemic through the Save Our Artists initiative, providing direct support to local artists in crisis. That foundation continues today through programs that help individuals identify their purpose by linking identity to mission and installing a decision-making system that allows aligned choices to operate automatically.

The Founder
The Heart Behind Stay Gold®
Stef Mariani is the founder of Stay Gold® Hawai'i, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that integrates art, identity, and practical systems for living with clarity and direction.
An awarded negotiator who has closed over $250 million in real estate transactions, Stef has also earned a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award for her music. She brings both precision and creative depth to her work.
She helps people negotiate the life they want and use the principles of music to become powerfully aligned with their purpose — so their purpose is naturally drawn to them.
Stay Gold® Hawai'i grew from her album Stay Gold and became a source of real-world support during the COVID-19 pandemic through the Save Our Artists initiative, which provided direct assistance to local musicians, including Bruddah Waltah.
Today, her work focuses on helping people understand who they are, connect that identity to a clear mission, and move through life with aligned, repeatable decisions.
